What a fun post? Did you take all them pictures? If so.. how long did it take you to find all these different bike racks to compose this blog? Very clever.. and some real great pieces of art with a purpose!
Even if I was tired from riding a bike all day, I'd pass up a few boring bike racks to get to the cool bike racks you posted!

@Corky, nope I didn't take them myself. Cleveland, Ohio is short on unique bike racks. And really, it's short on just about everything nice.

Yo nice post! Very hipster haha. I'm surprised you didn't post the famous Kensington Market bike rack in Toronto. Google it, I'm sure you'll love it.
Davis is well known for their abundance of bikes, yet we have none of these amazingly artistic bike racks. It would definitely beautify/hipster-ize our campus if we had some.
The coffee and kettle are super cute, and the metal one with the rails and the seat cover is so thief-proof. I really like the clean, sophisticated look to the white bench and metal arcs.

Sadly some of these racks are impractical. Either they do not provide enough space to lock two bikes side-by-side, or they encourage locking only by the front wheel, which is insecure and can damage your bike.
Do you know where the treble clef ones are located? A friend and I would like to propose them for our college fine arts building. thanks
A daypack or messenger bag is good, but some of your best gear-carrying options are baskets or bags that fit on your bike.
